facilitation
Leadership training and group facilitation for teams and organizations, rooted in the same body-based approach that shapes my 1:1 coaching work.
What this is
Most trainings deliver information and PowerPoints. This delivers practice. Whether it’s a single leadership session or a multi-month series, participants don’t just hear about presence, resilience, or leadership identity. They build it, together, in real time.
How we work together
This isn’t a training you sit through. It’s a practice you build.
We learn in motion. Every session moves through arriving, understanding, deepening, and acting. Not as a lecture arc, but as a lived one.
The body leads. Before we talk about leadership, we notice how it feels in the body. We ask, where it tightens, where it opens. That's where patterns show up first, and where they can shift.
We can make space to metabolize, not just absorb. We build in the pause – the moment where what happened in the room gets woven into how people actually lead on Monday.
Expertise isn’t the only authority in the room. Clinical frameworks matter, and so does lived experience and the wisdom people carry long before they have a language for it.
Difference is engaged, not smoothed over. Power, culture, and identity shape how leadership is experienced. We move toward those conversations with curiosity and care.
What this looks like in practice
Multi-cohort series - ongoing stress and resilience training built around an ARRIVE · UNDERSTAND · DEEPEN · MOVE arc, currently in delivery with housing and homelessness services organization across multiple staff cohorts.
Standalone sessions – embodied leadership presence workshops for newly promoted directors and leadership cohorts, developed for organizations building internal leadership trainings.
Custom design - every engagement begins with discovery and stakeholder interviews before any facilitation is built, so the work fits the actual room, not a template
Who this is for
Nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, particularly in housing, homelessness services, and re-entry work — looking to bring embodied, identity-rooted leadership practices to their teams, not just their executives.
Let’s talk about your team.
